A : RETURNS POLICY

  1. Made By Legacy guarantees customer’s satisfactory. All items are eligible to return policy within 14 days after purchasing.
  2. Customer can return the purchased items only if they are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed), still have all tags attached within 14 days after you have received the items. Please be noted that sale items cannot be returned.
  3. Regarding return or replacement of products sold by manufacturers or brand owners through Made By Legacy online platform, product will be shipped to the manufacturer or brand owner for inspection.
  4. Shipping fee caused by returning product and other service fees are non-refundable.

 

The company reserves the right to return/refund products with the following cases :

– Damaged or malfunctioned products that caused by manufacturing or delivering process.

– Expired products or unmatched products as displayed on the website.

– Wrong products from order.

– Incomplete product parts as labeled on the package.

– Products with no returns/refunds policy are not accepted.

 

Returnable and Refundable products must be in the following conditions :

  1. Product must be in a new/unused/and non defective condition.
  2. The package must be in its original condition as received from the company.
  3. Product, accessories and gift (if any) in a package must be complete and returned.
  4. All tags attached aren’t taken off.

 

Remarks :

  1. Please be informed that the company reserves the right, along with the manufacturer, to be authorized to examine or consider the item condition before returning it. The Returns/Refunds policy must be conformed to the previous conditions as described above.
  2. The company reserves the right to refuse the returns/refunds at all cases according to the manufacturer’s details specified on the website.
  3. Period for returns/refunds may vary according to the manufacturer’s details specified on the website.
  4. In case of disputes or arguments, the company’s judgment shall be deemed final.

  

B : REFUNDS POLICY

The company informs refunds policy as an agreement and to create an understanding about this website service as follows :

– In case of product is invalid for delivery, the company will refund the money to customer.

A period for refund process :

– Payment via “Credit/Debit card”. A refund process will be notified to the bank and the policy is vary for each bank. Normally, the cardholder will receive money in the next billing, approximately 30-45 business days for credit card and debit card (after receive a confirmation from Customer Service).

In case of system error :

– The company reserves the right to refund with an overtime limit if there’s an uncertain situation.

– The company reserves the right to change the conditions without any further notice.
